Why is my xbox-360 wireless controller NOT picking up audio from the game? Xbox audio is connected to TV but I would prefer to hear the audio on my headset connected to controller. I am able to hear the chat though. Do I need to do any additional setup on xbox or controller?

The xbox controller ONLY handles chat audio, not game audio.

Youll need something like some turtle beach gaming headphones for that. Turtle Beach, Inc. - Call Of Duty Headsets

Headsets that plug into the controller will ONLY handle chat audio, nothing else. For game audio, I would do as jaxstate recommends and look at some USB headsets (such as Turtle Beach)
