    I recently bought a used Game Boy Advance SP that came with no charger. Never having one before, I don't own a charger, either. I DO, however, own the original DS (fat, platinum, massive, etc) and have heard that the SP can be charged safely with the old DS charger.

    I know i can BUY a charger, but if i can use the one I have, it would be preferred. Thanks!

    Yes, if it is for the original DS, you can charge your GBA sp with it.
