Having issues with podcasts

I am trying to download podcast via the store. It should be free. Do I need to subscribe to xbox music to get it to work?

I am also having some issues with itunes as well as I have a mac. Trying to get the same podcast to sync to my windowsphone but it also won't work. Any help would be much appreciated.

The podcast I am trying to download is "manager tools"

When I click subscribe or download nothing happens on the Xbox store.
