Syncing music to Windows Phone 8 is a nightmare, the desktop app doesn't get all* of my Zune playlists, even IF they show up as playlists.
*Some playlists come through, others don't.

known issue, WP 8.1 will bring a fix. No ETA

What pisses me off is how many artists aren't on the service. No Metallica - FAIL!

The problem with lack of certain artists is due to artists not wanting their music available anywhere (except for iTunes). This is something that the labels will have to come around from.
And I just have issues with the matching of music I upload to my phone to Xbox Music. It keeps renaming things that are properly tagged to things that aren't remotely similar... I can fix by turning off "Connect to Xbox Music" but then I can't browse streaming options in my library :(
