Hello :)

I ran into a problem on my wp8 yesterday and had to restore back to factory settings. It's a fairly new phone so I only had 2 albums on it, bought from the Xbox music store. When I turned it back on and went into the music app, it only downloaded half the songs from both albums. Now I can't download the rest.

If I go to one of the albums in the music store, it only says "In collection" for the songs on my phone, the rest says "buy". But when I click buy it says "Music already in collection, buy anyway?" (I translate from danish, so I'm not sure if that is the precise translation).

Has anyone else had the same experience? What can I do?

Btw. It happened yesterday when the store was down, so maybe that is the reason why only half the songs were downloaded.

Have you tried deleting the albums and re-downloading them?
