I have a number of songs on my phone that I want to move to the SD card. Is there a way of doing that without deleting/re-downloading them? This is on my Lumia 820.

Are you using a Windows PC? If so, you might be able to cut/paste the songs when the phone is in Mass Storage mode.

I tried doing it from within the sync app.

The sync app is kind of hit-or-miss. I would try the Mass Storage mode. I assume the SD card shows up as a separate folder, right?
