    It;s getting a little old now going into the app and games sections (games especially) and seeing new stuff only to find it is WP8 only. Not helped by the fact that anyone pimping something, doesn't make the OS clear in the title.

    I would agree, but remember that regardless of the version they are in the same store. It's like if in android central they would have an specific marketplace for every version of android. It would drive everyone nuts.. Just contain your madness if its not available for WP 7.5, start saving, and then buy a WP8 device. Then, problem solved :D!!
