I've encountered WAY too many threads where people are asking something about their phone and we have no clue what model they are using, which might help in problem diagnosis since a lot of these phones have specific quirks. Also, I've seen a lot of people complaining about not having this or that in their area and we have no ideas where they are from. Make both profile fields mandatory when creating an account here.
