Just find the music on YouTube and save it as an mp3 with one of the YouTube downloader apps on your phone .. Then send it to your SkyDrive ..download audacity on your PC cut it down save it as a ringtone .. Transfer it back to your phone .. Bam you got a ringtone

I LOVE U, just converted it to MP3 using itunes and stuck it under the ringtone file on my 8x and shazam :)

Frank uses a Blackberry ( best phone ever) and the ringtone is called Spirit. I have the same one and every time it rings, i think of the show.

Download - Ringtones app from store : search for blackberry spirit. Second one in the list ;)

like the real smackbo said you can just search for the francis underwoods ringtone on youtube, and then theer are actually some converters like
Youtube to Ringtone , not sure how good it is, but you could try it if you like :)
