Skype, profile page, '...', Switch Accounts

If you 'switch accounts' it now logs you out from WP8 Skype while still remaining logged in elsewhere(eg PC)

The notification alert is still a hit or miss in my case. I just re-installed and I'll see if the issue is resolved... Furthermore, I still need to just press the Win button to keep it running in the background...
