I'd like to use my phone to control my PC's audio volume. I recently spent a futile hour installing and trying remote-control apps (and their 'server' peers on the PC). They either didn't work, or were 10 time overkill, requiring far too much fiddling. I don't want to run a remote desktop, then tediously cursor down to the task bar, find the volume icon.... I don't want to control Windows Media Center, or catalog my music, or anything else. All I care about is adjusting the audio volume.
Any suggestions from anyone? - 02-05-2013, 04:00 PM #2
Have you tried this one?
Sure it's pretty overkill, but it got a media control.
