I know a lot of people would like to see Instagram on windows phone, but personally would really like to see Vine. Would be a great use of the lumia 920 camera. What ya think? Will we see it on windows phones?

I was searching this right now and although there is no specific official word about this, Twitter has said that it is working to get it on other platforms. I'm sure their first platform to go for will be Android, but of course it's possible that after that's done, WP is next.
After they get the Android version out, then we'll talk ;-P

Although, if you have a WP8 Lumia then the Cinemagraph app does something similar already, although it's not quite as social connected as Vine is.
