    For me, 3rd party apps that are capable with lockscreen back ground:

    Groupon
    Lock Themes
    Facebook
    Rdio
    GasBuddy
    Baconit
    Weave News Reader
    Weather Flow
    Battery Status (and all other battery apps I guess)
    Phototastic
    PhotoFunia
    glEEK!
    Mehdoh

    Glad to see quite a lot of apps are supporting WP8 special features, still need more though. Some amazing WP7 apps are missing, I've been emailing them and some get back to me meaning there's still with WP, if you don't hear from them most likely they've decided to ditch Windows Phone, which means they are dead to me. Haha..
