    I have seen pictures around that have shown start screens with breaks in between tiles, often labeled with categories such as 'music' or 'games'. What app allows you to do this, and how does it work? I'd love to try it out come Tuesday morning.

    download megatile. it lets you make your own live tile with pictures and text on them, and then you can set the tile to open up a certain app, like wifi, or just leave it stationary to separate between live tiles

    I use My Tiles on my Lumia 800 (wp 7.5). Works fine for me :-)

    maybe it's just me but I feel dividing apps into categories on home screen kind of is completely opposed to the idea of metro/live tiles.
