    Looks like it may be a while. I still don't know why this app is so popular but I want every major app out there to come to Windows Phone. I wonder what the something special is?

    Probably a Nokia exclusive? Since it says it isn't coming to 'WP8', which may mean only Lumia users.

    I did not realize that. I followed them because of the official Nokia App Highlights app in the Nokia Collection. Thought they were one in the same as they share the same icon and name. Sorry folks. It would be cool if Instagram did have something exclusive for WP though.

    WTF is wrong with Instagram? Why can't they just put it on WP already? I would even be fine with a direct port.
