Has anyone come across these in stores yet? I know bing rewards has codes but I haven't been able to get my hands on them for gifting!!!

Don't think they exist. Microsoft did a promotion earlier this year (?) when you bought a new Windows Phone you could send in a rebate form for a $25 Windows Phone Store gift card. Then you have the Bing Rewards offer but that is limited to Windows Phone 8 devices.

It would be nice to have and hopefully Microsoft will catch on and start offering them.

Came here looking for the same. Doesn't seem like it exists.

The $25 card was actually a Visa gift card that was somehow limited (well it said it was at least) to being used within the WP app store.
