I don't know if it has anything to do with things, but I've noticed that in the Background Tasks setting, Facebook is blocked, and I can't get it to unblock.

Mine is blocked as well. Nothing I do seems to change that, yet I still have received Toast notifications.

Awful app. It's a little bit better than when I first used WP7, but it's still very bad compared to the iOS/Android counterparts. I hope MS get on the train, and really improve this app, and fast.
