Which one is the best one? Need one, Appumondo is good, but doesn't give me notifications.

will it pop things up the way the calendar does?

Task list is hidden in the calendar and shows up on the calendar live tile. From the calendar agenda view, swipe left or right to get to a task list. You can add, delete and remove "todo" tasks from there.

I use a few of them clevertodo...smart tile are the ones I use the most.

Boxd is a pretty good to-do list app. It will let you pin individual lists to your start screen. Very simple to use.
