So I've been looking into these apps and I wasn't sure if one is better over the other. The WPCentral review for the two is very open ended saying it's all about user preference. I was wondering if you do use one of the apps, which one do you use and why? Plus, I wanted to know which one has more developer support, since neither seems updated for Mango, and I don't want to be left hanging after I purchase it. I really need to keep track of the shows I watch, and purchasing either app would help me a lot. Thanks!

TV show has given me regular updates. I like it just fine, although I'll caveat that with the fact I've never tried prime TV

I have tried both. I liked Prime TV but it was kind of glitchy for me from the beginning. After it stopped working last week (I fixed it by uninstalling and reinstalling again) I decided to give TV Show a try, and I like it much better. The live tile on Prime TV never worked right for me, but TV Show is working good.

For me it's TV Show all the way, I'm a huge fan of Rudy Huyn's work on the Windows Phone platform, he's an incredibly talented developer.
