I just need some simple answers. Which of the many Twitter apps is everyone's favorite, and why?

I keep coming back to the regular Twitter for WP7 app. I like the look/interface best and it has most of the features I like (friend finder/hashtag picker etc).

Some of the others all seem to maybe do one or two things better, but lack in other areas.

Birdsong is a strong second (for me).

* edit - whoever comes out with "holds at last read tweet" instead of having to scroll back and try to remember where you were, will get big points in my book though.

I am using Twitt. Not perfect and still no Live Tile. But it loads/unloads fast and it "does" jump to the last read post. It also has audio playback of tweets which is fun to have.

Right now I'm using rowi, but twitt is a close second. Both retain your place in the timeline, both are very fast, but rowi allows custom "headers" so I can have timeline, lists etc. IMHO both are excellent. Birdsong probably looks the best, but is a bit slow to load, and doesn't remember your place in the timeline.

MoTweets is great and I like the official Twitter app, for now at least. Until the dickbar finds its way to it.

I use Beezz. Great app, live tile.

I've come to rely on the live tile with Beezz. Won't switch until another app has this.

Do any of them allow for setup of multiple accounts? I have a personal account for my hobbies, and one for my business. I'd like to be able to use them both.

Birdsong hands down. You can configure multiple accounts with it too.

Bringing this one back..I'd said holding place in the timeline was important to me-twitter app "rowi" does it.

Just discovered this app, it's really basic and lacks in a few other areas, but I'm giving it more than a passing glance because of the above mentioned feature.

I have no problems with the official Twitter for Windows Phone app. Does everything I use Twitter for.

Rowi has just passed birdsong. Push notifications,fast, full featured. Didn't think birdsong could be topped. But rowi has done it.

Still seems a little unstable..I'm getting a lot of those "Something bad happened. Please use the About menu to send the logged problem" pop-ups.

All in all though, I'm liking it!

Its been almost flawless for me. I had problems with it in the first hour. But after that, been A Ok.

Birdsong has been my favorite but I have been using Breezz too becaues I need the push, this might sound stupid but I use the brezz for the push but use birdsong, I thought they were coming out with a push update but its been to long I think I'm going to try Rowi, I hope its good on the eyes like Birdsong, it is very easy to read without having to put my glasses on LOL brezz I need my glasses eveytime ..

I've been using MoTweets Paid version(ad free it runs very slick) for about 6 weeks and was very happy lots of features, various themes and font sizes, translation, picture wall, ect.
any way today live tile stopped working even won't work after factory reset apart from that very good.

Ok liked the lite version of Rowi and liked it so I purchased the paid version and the live tiles and toast does not work at all ?
does anyones live tiles work ?

Yeah, mine work. Did you uninstall the free version first. When I first opened Rowi, it asked did I want to enable Push notifications. Once you have that set up, you can go in and change whether you want tile and toast on DMs and Mentions.

I uninstalled the free one after I installed the paided one, I thought that was the problem so I uninstaled the paid one and reinstalled with no luck still
