    Yes. But for windows phones that don't support wireless charging its a good alternative.

    For me its use will be in office where I can charge and manage my data at the same time.

    Apparently, the micro USB hole on the 8X is different from Samsung and other devices' direction. It has the bigger part up and the smaller part on the bottom. So most docks won't fit..
