I emailed Nokia Canada and got a canned response in return. They said contact your dealer and if they've never heard of them contact a 3rd party online. So no help.

Got a response from Nokia Canada on Facebook. These cases are not coming to North America

I just saw this case in the Microsoft Store. If you have one near you check to see if they have it. I beleive it was $25, i'm not really sure.
