I have faced this issue earlier and then again today.

I have downloaded many songs from nokia music. Strangely, Nokia Ringtone maker app is not able to save ringtones if I use a song downloaded from Nokia Music, but is able to do so without any problems if I have copied it from my pc.

Have you been also facing this issue? Is there a work around?
