For those who prefer Google over Bing, here's how to reassign the search button to open Google search
- Open IE. Go to settings > advance settings. Set default search to Google
- Go to region settings of the phone, set 'search language' to Russian
Now pressing search button will open Google search.
P.S This isn't a thread to b***h about Google. Some of us love our Windows Phone but prefer using Google search. - 02-17-2013, 11:56 AM #2
I don't have an option to change the default search on my phone, or at least if I do I can't find it.

I don't have that option. I've got a Verizon 8X. I'll post a screenshot later.

Also, for the search button trick, sign in and it'll put you to the language your Google Account is set to automatically.
