    I got alot of WiFi issues and I would like to know what you guys think of my wifi settings in the router.

    Wireless Network Name (SSID): XXX
    Wireless Channel: 1
    802.11 Mode: 802.11n only
    Channel Width: Auto 20/40 MHz
    Transmission Rate: Best (automatic) (Mbit/s)
    Visibility Status: Visible
    Device: Nokia Lumia 920 (Black)
    Firmware: 8.0.10211.204
    Network: Tele2 Sweden

    That is hard to answer without knowing a lot more.

    Looks the best you can have... unless you neighbor is also on Channel 1, in which case jumping to 6 or more is best - doing a site survey is the best way to find out other networks and select the best channel.

    I'd check your firmware is the latest too - and note that the built in checks are often broken - go to the manufacturer website and check.
