I readed somewhere that it is possible to take picture with windows phone 8 phones who have shutter key while on lockscreen.
If it's true, could anyone explain how to do it exactly ?

Press and hold the shutter button. Although, mine doesn't always work, for some reason. It usually does, but sometimes doesn't. And it's almost always at inopportune times.
