I did a hard reset and want my choones back. Is there a way on the actual phone to get the music back? Like with iCloud, you do a restore and boom your songs are automatically downloaded, or you can just go to itunes on the phone and redownload your purchases.

When I reset my phone the other week, they were already back in my music with the cloud, I just had to long press and revdownload.

it's not automatically downloaded. You need to explicitly download them. Streaming them will not download them either.

EDIT: Don't worry I've found out that I bought them with Nokia Music rather than xbox
