I ordered the Total Couch to 5K Premium. It's been about 1 year that we've been waiting for the update. Prior to shutting down my Samsung Focus with Windows 7.5, the update came through. On my Nokia 620 with Windows Phone 8 it still only acknowledges the 1.0 version of the app.

How do I get it to update if it never shows up in the Store as an update?

What happens if you look the app up in the store on your phone? Are you offered the choice to update or buy? Selecting "buy" should allow you to install as you have previously already purchased the app.

I see BUY and SHARE. I clicked BUY and it said I already paid for it. Then I hand the option to install it. Installed it and the app version is still 1.0. :(

Contact the developer... may be that the file for WP8 is still the old one (you can now put different versions for each OS).
