There are some emails I do not need to bothered with until later.

How do I set a profile to no ringtone or notifications to none...

There's no way to customize email notifications for specific emails. The best way to handle this is by creating an email filter to direct those emails to a different folder, and have your phone sync this folder as well. Since new email notifications are only for emails in your Inbox, you won't get a notification for emails in this sub-folder, but you can still keep track of it. Hope this helps!
