Anyone who has used MediaMonkey or another advanced program to sync their music, do you know if Windows Phone supports Replay Gain tags? These are the tags that keep all songs playing at an even volume level (to avoid those earsplitting moments where one song is way louder than the previous).

If it does, then the tag is enough to create even playback levels. If it doesn't, then the files need to be permanently leveled upon sync (requires a conversion).

    Any experience with this?

Rather unrelated note...how are people's experiences with MM and WP8 these days? I love MM and would love to use it with my phone when I get it in a few days.

I don't know about Replay Gain (I doubt it) but it does have audio leveling built in, you can turn it on or off.
