    I seriously don't understand, can someone explain why technically or design wise why Microsoft hasn't added this?

    It's a mystery. It is one of the features that I really miss from Windows Mobile. I'd almost like to see that feature in the next update than a notification center.

    They added it for SMS in the Portico update, so it's kinda strange they didn't add it all over the OS.
