    Howdy. I am in the midst of a hard reset of my Lumia 920 and I am curious how long it takes. I have had the gears spinning for about 30 minutes now.

    I think she is a goner. The phone is now stuck on the NOKIA bootup splash screen. I am doing a warranty replacement through AT&T and should have a new device tomorrow.
