    I have a friend that is a prospective WP8 convert, however he listens to a few obscure podcasts that are not listed in the Marketplace. Is there a way on WP8 to sync podcasts that are not in the Marketplace via RSS?

    Yes, currently the best way is to have the podcast subscription managed by iTunes, then in the Win8 desktop sync app set sync your subscriptions that way. Robert Brand
