Anyone know of a good high contrast browser, similar to using dark mode in chrome, inverted safari, high contrast node in IE/windows 7?

My eyes don't do well with black text on white. I've been trying out HC browser with night mode but he brightness gets turned down, which is fine when its dark but not otherwise.
