Did you try searching the store before posting this? :/

Of course not. I assumed it was such a fundamental thing that it would be part of the built-in clock, like on Android. Now I've tried a few of the free ones and most of them don't even run in the background. None of the ones I tried make any useful use of live tiles.

I use 7StopWatch. Free, very simply and does what it's supposed to. Don't think it has any useful live tile though, but runs in the background.
