    Is there a set app release schedule on WP? On IOS its every Thursday I believe. Also why would the new apps and rising apps be together in one category ? Its almost impossible to tell what was recently added to the marketplace.

    no there shouldn't be. I know Nokia has released new apps on Sunday.
