Have a good time a day WP users, i just bought my HTC 8x, and i realised that the phone doesn't have a menu language that i need most, is it possible to install some how ?

Also i found a card which looks like a voucher i which written "do not throw it away" there is few sets of codes, what is this?

If the language you want isn't in settings->keyboard, then you are out of luck.

I've not seen anything that says languages can be sources from anywhere other than the official Microsoft list.

What language are you after?

Yeah man, there wasn't an issue with keyboard language, i need menu language to be Russian

Surely language, keyboard and dictionary are all the same thing?

you wouldn't believe but i have Russian keyboard, Russian account, Russian speech recognition, but no menu language.
