Try Ragdoll Run or Jump Wheel. There are various run-type games in the marketplace that will keep you busy if you want to stay.

Ok, I love the platform, just picked up my 8X a few weeks ago. Best phone I've ever had, until I opened up the app store.

There are concessions to be made for sure, but you can usually find some alternatives if you aren't wedded to a single game or app. You'll be bored with Temple Run a few weeks after you get it, anyway, right? :)

I can't wait for the new Gameloft games, especially MC4, NOVA 3, TDKR, and Asphalt 7. Now these are games. Hope it will take full advantage of my 920's display (WXGA) and 8X/Ativ S displays (720p).

Temple run is one of those apps I used to play on my iPhone when I was bored. Quick, fun, not really complicated to play. It's just one of those apps that are annoying not to have, while I can find a compromise for it.
