Thinking of switching my mom from iPhone to WP8. She's a freelancer so she gets a lot of emailed event assignments and resume/rate inquiries. Is there a button to automatically detect the what/when/where in emails and create events? Or will she need to copy each field of information one by one?

Second, I love the WP8's Office app, but from playing with it in the store I could only find a way to send attached documents by starting a NEW conversation, as opposed to replying to an email. Am I missing something?
