Testing Lumia 920 and there doesn't seem to e a way to add PayPal to my wallet, only CC and Debit Card.

Is Microsoft again screwing everyone but the US? Just like Bing Vision is disabled for us so we can't even use QR code scanner

Might be a Microsoft issue but could also have to do with Paypal themselves.

I've just tested this and it works fine with PayPal in Denmark.

Also our Bing Vision is enabled as well and we can Scan QR Codes, Bar Codes and Microsoft Tags.

Have you tried setting your phone language to English and checked if both options shows up?

Yep, Bing vision request now has almost 20k upvotes, charging phone now but i doubt it will fix paypal or ing issue, even bing vision app is not available in lenses marketplace

Order a PayPal debit MC and add that to the wallet? They're free... *shrug*

If you don't have a credit card you won't miss the PayPal option. If I try to buy an app through PayPall it will tell me that I have to add my credit card to my PayPal account in order to complete the transaction even though I have sufficient money on my account.

There is no free debit card from paypal for my country people
