    I have used Windows phone OS's from the pocket PC version, through to WP 7.5. I miss the ability to jot down notes or small drawings which I last saw on an XDA O2i. Will the present hardware and OS support this sort of functionality, and are we simply waiting on a developer to produce an app for it, or are there more basic issues as to why this isn't available?

    This is what you need, a capacitive stylus:

    You can use it with any app, like draw something.
