    Well i got my lumia 920 last Friday im super happy, but why can't i find the Photosynth app? i even tried to google it and when i found it says its not supported on my device?

    Im 100% sure i have seen a youtube video when they showed off windows phone 8 and lumia 920 and they had the Photosynth app under lenses..

    This seems to be in private beta ATM. I read that somewhere on a WPcentral news page comment (by the news author)

    They also told that all wp7 apps will work on wp8, look what happened.

    Don;t trust a word from Microsoft

    What apps don't work? its one thing that they work and its a totally different if they are available for download..

    And the wording was"most". Its surprising that as many apps work as they do since the kernel is so different. Unfortunately you always have to remember that developers even at ms projects like photosynth develop for multiple platforms so they can't always do everything on day one.
    On top of that many developers did not get the SDK toll the release so they need a bit.

    Even the new wii just got Hulu. Nothing yet for wp8. What a joke wp8 is.

    hi. this is answer to your question. also WP8 is a new platform which is quite different from WP7, I am sure they are trying to make it fully compatible with WP8 so you wont complain later.
