Hi!

I just wanted to install the paypal app, but can't find it neither in the store on the phone nor in the web-based store.

Does anyone else have this issue? Perhaps it's a local issue (I'm in Germany)?

Damn, I shoulda grabbed it when I had the chance. Like I mentioned in the most recent "Whatsapp is missing" thread, I wonder if they're prepping the way for WP8 updates or something?

New Paypal wasn't working as described. It didn't have live tiles and it wasn't sending push notifications.
I am guessing there is an update coming soon, hopefully.

Is the updated Paypal-app (2.3.0.0) supposed to have live tiles and notifications working? It doesn't work for me.
