I was wondering if anyone knew if there is a certain time out that background task go by when updating live titles. For instance I work in building where I have very bad cell service but great WiFi. Some apps can go hours without updating their live title. However, if I connect my phone to my charger I know the WiFi connection does not disconnect and the titles update normally (around 30 minutes or so).

So by that logic, I guess the app tries to update the title but has a certain window to do so (let's say 30 seconds) if it can't complete the update then it will wait for the next 30 minute scheduled update. Does any of that make sense?
