    Does anyone know if Nokia maps can be forgone for regular Bing maps on WP8? I prefer Bing now and it doesn't seem like the Nokia one is all that good. I am speaking, of course, about any of the Nokia phones.

    No. Only way would be to manually load up Bing maps in IE or find and download an app that does this.
