Is sharing pictures via tap to share a WP to WP only thing or will it work with other phones? I tried to share a picture with a Note 2 and a Galaxy S3 and it didn't work.

Does anyone have a clear answer as to what needs to be done to make nfc payments work? I haven't tried it yet, but my Verizon rep tells me it should work right now.
