Try this - delete a few frequently shown pics on rotation of picture tile. Now restart, keep observing - those pic that aren't in your phone anymore, will still appear on your picture tile!!

I have had that happen a couple of times, but they eventually go away.

Yeah, same here. There were some built-in photos on my 8X that it liked to cycle through. They stayed for a little while after deleting the folder, but they're gone now.

For me it's been a day nearly and they are still cycling through!
