it's the connectivity shortcuts... you can find it in app store and then you can pin the wifi tile to home screen

pretty new to WP8, so my apps are limited. theme is cyan; work e-mail is separated from personal inboxes. device is a white lumia 920, and i've always liked the look of white+black+cyan.

goal is to have 'people images' be from cartoons/comics/video games only. basically, anything illustrated.

Its an app. Somewhere in the "top" of the apps list, but I cannot remember which one.
