Excluding international phones and unbranded phones, did you get the update? I haven't seen anyone yet.

Lots of AT&T folks are. Verizon not so much. Don't know about T-Mobile but I think a few have...
I did the Zune trick to force it to update. Turned on airplane mode on device and pulled out ethernet cable from PC after a few seconds (as mentioned here). Force Mango update early through Zune software and avoid frostbite | Windows Phone Central
I am on AT&T (Lumia 900) and I haven't got the updates yet. Zune says 8779 is the current build and my phone is up-to-date. I would like to try the cable pull trick but I am afraid if it'll skip any firmware updates that nokia may have put through.
EDIT: Oh, and I am in SoCal.
Are they going to update HTC TITAN 1 and 2
Hmm..the WPCentral post about the Zune trick says there are two updates: a camera button update and then 7.8. Reading through the forums, I see that some people get 3 updates and some get two. How can that be possible? Just to confirm, I am talking about the At&t Lumia 900.
Perhaps I got 3 since I hadn't connected my device to Zune in the last 3 months. There might have been some kind of minor update that's been around for awhile that I was missing.
If you only get 2 updates but end up with 7.8 with the OS/Firmware/Radio that everyone is getting, then I don't think there would be anything else for now.
As far as I know, there hasn't been any update for the At&T 900 since Tango was released (8779). I connect my phone to Zune often to sync.
I had the same experience having to do a cable pull for each update. I only did two updates (software and firmware #'s match yours from above) but the two updates required the cable to be pulled at different times. The first one was a little more than 3 seconds, the second was about 1 second.
What should be the version final version number for the Firmware revision number for the AT&T Lumia 900 in the US? Different people report differently. The Nokia site (Nokia Lumia 900 Overview - Nokia - USA) says 2175.2905.885x.124x0, but on the forums, people report 2175.2307.8858.12480. Note this is the firmware version, not the OS version.
Why the discrepancy? Is some firmware not getting installed by doing this trick? Also ATT hasn't announced the availability of this update so there may be a possibility that all updates don't flow through.
any luck on the Verizon trophy
Does the unplug trick work on a laptop also? I'm trying to update my Titan by disconnecting my wifi.
nothing on my samsung focus out in california, been trying unplug trick but no luck
nothing yet on lumia 710 on tmo out here in NY
There's 8779, 8783?, and 8858. Some lumia users already have the 8779 update which was post-Tango, that was carrier-specific.
I am using Nokia Lumia 900 on AT&T and have not received any such notification for an update.
Still nothing for unlocked ATT Samsung Focus.....it's the only phone left that I need to update (the others being international).
i predict ATT won't push the updates for any phone other than the 900. You will have to debrand or reflash to an unbranded rom to get it.
Updated my wife's 900 (AT&T) last night without any tricks whatsoever. It was showing update available in the settings and when I plugged it in, it went right to downloading and installing
Not on my L710 still have 7.1.8773... My HTC HD7 7.10.8107 on T-MO
I have a Lumia 900 on AT&T.
I updated yesterday about 12:15pm central time without any 'Zune trick' that I keep hearing about. It asked me if I wanted to update once I connected my phone to my PC.
Updated my 900(AT&T), last night at almost midnight.
