    Hi,
    I have a question:
    Why, when I open my laptop and sync emails in Outlook, the emails in my phone disappear?
    How can I keep my emails in the phone?

    Make sure your Outlook on the laptop isn't set to POP3 instead of Exchange.

    I checked, my account is Exchange, so it is not this.

    there is a setting in outlook to delete messages off the server after downloading. but i use pop3 so i'm not sure if that option is available when using exchange.
